Our products have a shelf life of 6 months unopened. Once opened store the product in a cool & dark place, they’re best consumed within 3 months to maintain optimum freshness and taste. Please ensure to check the expiry date on each product.

To arrange a return for refund or replacement, please submit email us within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for refund*. If your items are damaged, do send us a picture for proof. You'll receive a confirmation email for return & refund within 3 working days, along with instructions & shipping labels for return.
Once we receive the faulty item, a replacement or a refund will be arranged within 7 working days.
We currently do not offer replacement or returns to any East Malaysia orders due to shipping complications from West Malaysia.
