At KACANG + CO, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with the snacks you have received. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To arrange a return for refund or replacement, please email us at within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for refund*. If your items are damaged, do send us a picture for proof. You'll receive a confirmation email for return & refund within 3 working days, along with instructions & shipping labels for return. 

Once we receive the faulty item, a replacement or a refund will be arranged within 7 working days. 

We currently do not offer replacement or returns to any East Malaysia orders due to shipping complications from West Malaysia.

1) Applicable to online orders made through our official website - only.

2) No order cancellation allowed once order has been placed and processed.

4) Only defective products are allowed for refund.

5) Any orders damaged via transit or custom clearance, we will offer refund via your original payment method.

6) If you're concerned about the quality of your snacks, please send us a picture of the best before date and we will arrange a replacement or refund


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
