Terms and Conditions
  1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Kacang+Co and their immediate family members.
  2. By participating in this contest, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
  3. To enter the contest, participants must post a picture of Kacang+Co's product on their Instagram story, tag us @kacangandco, and use the hashtag #kacangandco. For private accounts, participants must DM us a screenshot of their story to participate.
  4. Participants may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique.
  5. The contest runs monthly, and one winner will be randomly selected and announced on Kacang+Co's social media pages at the end of each month.
  6. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and will have 48 hours to respond. If the winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, another winner will be selected.
  7. The prize for each month's winner is a box of Kacang+Co's snacks worth RM89.90. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
  8. Kacang+Co reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions of the contest or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
  9. Kacang+Co reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest without prior notice.
  10. By participating in this contest, you grant Kacang+Co the right to use your name and image for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
  11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
